Shipping & Delivery

Small items within the UK will normally be posted by Royal Mail First Class, with large or heavy orders being sent by courier. Please note that a signature may be required for larger items or orders over £40. We aim to dispatch most orders within two working days of a payment clearing, and in most cases where payment is received before 12pm (UK time) we will dispatch the same day.

For orders going outside the UK, small, lightweight items (under 2kg) will usually be sent via Royal Mail Small Packet Airmail. This service is not trackable/traceable. Orders that weigh over 2kg or are too large to be sent through the postal system will need to be sent by courier.  This may take an extra day for us to arrange, but the delivery service is normally quicker than Airmail, so shouldn't result in too much of a delay.  

Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout and are based on the weight of the order.  Where possible we recycle packaging, or use materials that are environmentally friendly. Our boxes are sourced from a company that specialises in quality boxes that have either been supplied for recycling, or where too many boxes have been made on a production run.

Royal Mail Target Delivery Times:

Delivery to UK -> 1 days from posting
Delivery to Europe (Airmail) -> 3 to 4 days from posting
Delivery outside Europe (Airmail) -> 5 days from posting

Please note that these are target delivery times only, and are not guaranteed. Items are not considered delayed or lost by Royal Mail until at least 5 working days for UK deliveries, 20 working days for Europe, or 25 working days for other countries.

Orders sent by courier usually 2-5 working days depending on the destination.

Privacy & Security

Personal data is collected by us for the purpose of fulfilling orders and marketing. Details will not be shared with any other organisation except for the purpose of delivery where the third party will only be allowed to use the details for the purpose of delivery.  We will not sell your details to anybody else.  Payments are made via either Paypal or Barclaycard.  Both payment providers use secure hosting, and card payments are verified using 3D/Secure.  We are only provided with confirmation that payment has been accepted - card details are not passed on to us.  We do not hold any card payment details on our server.  We are happy with the level of security that Paypal and Barclaycard provide, however we would encourage customers to verify the security of the payment providers independently of this site. 

Returns & Replacements

We pride ourselves on describing our items as accurately as possible.   Most of our items are 'pre-loved' and will show signs of wear which we will point out. We will not describe an item as mint unless it is, however we are human and errors do occur. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us and we will do our best to sort things out.  This could be through a return for a refund or exchange or some other compromise.  We have a very good reputation on eBay for customer service and are Top Rated Sellers.  We intend to provide the same levels of service through our website that we have historically provided through eBay.  Our eBay feedback can be viewed here.

Cancellation

In line with EU law, items bought online are covered by the distance selling act.  Under the act a customer may change their mind about a purchase and return the item in it's original condition for a full refund.  This should be done within 7 working days, starting from the day after the order is delivered.  

If you wish to return an item to us you should notify us by email of your intent and return the order to our address below.  Contact details are given later on this page.  We strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when returning items to us, or send them via a 'confirmed' delivery service.  A refund will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving the returned item(s), subject to them being returned in the same condition in which they were sent.  Please note that we will not refund the cost of returning item(s) to us, unless the item is faulty or differs to the description.  

Ordering

Items listed on this site are offered for sale.  Please note that errors can occur and where an item (and/or any associated delivery costs) is advertised incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel the order.  Items placed in the shopping cart will be treated as part of an order request, and an order will not be deemed as formally accepted by us until the order is dispatched.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment via Paypal and Credit/Debit Card.  Customer that have used eBay will be familiar with Paypal, however for those that have not use Paypal before they are a third party payment provider.  Customers register their name, address and payment details (this can be credit/debit card or direct debit) with Paypal who will then accept the payment on our behalf.  There is no addidional cost to the customer in doing this, and Paypal offer buyer protection in terms of missing/incorrect/faulty items.  More details can be found on their site - www.paypal.com.  For those that already have a Paypal account, your existing credit balance can also be used to pay for items.
 
For those that do not wish to sign up with Paypal, we also offer credit/debit card payment facilities via Barclaycard ePDQ.  Customer wishing to pay via this method will be transferred to the Barclaycard website where they can enter card details onto Barclaycards secure server.  Customers that have registered with Verified by Visa or Mastercards SecureCard will be required to verify their registered details.
 
Regardless of your payment method, card details are not disclosed to us or held on our server.  We receive confirmation that payment has been processed, but not specific details of that payment.
 
Item prices on this site form an invitation to treat and are an offer to sell the item at that price.  This offer does not infer a right to purchase at that price, and where a mistake has been made on the price show we reserve the right to cancel the order.  Conversely, we are open to negotiation on the price of many of the items on the site - especially when multiple purchases are being made.  If there are several items you are interested in please register on the site, add the items to your wishlist and drop us an email.
 
Periodically we may offer certain items at a reduced promotional price.  Please note that promotional prices may be for a restricted time period, and are also subject to our errors and omissions policy. 

Viewing Orders / Account Information

If you have registered an account, and not completed checkout as a guest, your order history can be viewed by logging in to your account and selecting the 'My Account' link at the top right corner of this page.  You can also update your delivery and billing addresses through the 'My Account' section.
